1. Who we are
Maccam Network is a strategic marketing and business growth company based in Miami, Florida. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit maccamnetwork.com or get in touch with us.
Data controller: Maccam Network
Contact: hello@maccamnetwork.com
2. Scope
This policy applies only to maccamnetwork.com. It does not cover third-party websites linked from this site, which are governed by their own privacy policies.
3. What we collect and how
Information you share with us: your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you include when reaching out through our contact form, WhatsApp, or email.
Contact form: besides what you write, we store the date of submission, the language, the page you wrote from, and a pseudonymised technical identifier derived from your IP address using a keyed calculation (HMAC-SHA-256). We do not store the IP itself, but this identifier is still personal data and we use it only to limit spam and abuse. Our web server may also keep technical access logs that include the IP. Your message is stored in our own systems and in our internal contact registry (CRM), which has protected access and where we create or update your record; our team is notified of it by email and internal messaging (Telegram); the Telegram notice contains only a reference number and a brief alert, without your name, email, phone number or the content of your message, which are consulted in the CRM. The email notice to our internal mailbox does include the details you submitted. The form's checkbox confirms that you have read this policy; it is not consent to receive marketing communications, and submitting the form does not subscribe you to any newsletter.
Browsing data (only if you consent): site analytics runs only after you give your consent through our consent manager. Until you do, no analytics data is collected from your visit. With your consent, we collect aggregate usage data — pages visited, session length, device type, and approximate location.
What we don't do: we don't use advertising cookies, we don't sell your personal information, and we don't run ads on this site.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your inquiries and proposal requests.
- To deliver the services you engage us for and manage our business relationship.
- To understand, in aggregate, how the site is used so we can improve it (consent-based only).
5. Legal basis
- Consent: site analytics.
- Pre-contractual steps and contract performance: responding to your inquiries, including those you send through the contact form, and delivering contracted services.
- Legitimate interest: keeping the site secure and protecting it against fraudulent use.
6. Withdrawing your consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time, without affecting the lawfulness of any prior processing. To change or withdraw your choice, use the "Manage cookies" link available in the footer of every page: it reopens the consent manager, shows your current choice, and lets you accept or decline again — no need to manually clear your browser data.
7. Who we share data with (processors)
- Google LLC — site usage analytics, active only after you consent.
- Telegram — internal notification to our team when we receive a contact form message (form messages are stored in our own systems). Telegram processes these notifications on its own servers, which may be outside your country.
- Meta Platforms, Inc. — if you choose to message us on WhatsApp, those conversations are also subject to the privacy policies of Meta and WhatsApp.
We don't share your information with any third parties beyond those needed to operate these services, except where the law requires it.
8. International transfers
Our systems and providers process data in the United States. If you visit us from the European Union or the European Economic Area, your data may be transferred to the US; some providers (for example Google and Meta) state in their own policies that they apply international transfer mechanisms. We do not guarantee their scope or legal validity for your situation, and for Telegram we do not claim any specific mechanism.
9. Your rights
If you're a US resident: you may request to know, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, as provided by applicable state law. We do not sell personal information.
If you're in the European Union (GDPR): you have the rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, and objection. You may also lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority.
Wherever you are: write to hello@maccamnetwork.com and we'll handle your request within a reasonable timeframe. You can opt out of any communication by writing to us or using the unsubscribe link in our emails.
10. Data retention
We keep your information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose it was collected for and to meet applicable legal obligations. We do not apply automatic deletion: we keep contact form messages for as long as they are needed to handle your enquiry and the business relationship that follows. You can ask us to delete them at any time by writing to hello@maccamnetwork.com; we handle this manually, unless a legal obligation requires us to keep them.
11. Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of the information we process.
12. Cookies
Full details on the cookies we use and how to manage them are in our Cookie Policy.
13. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version is always published on this page, with its update date.
