Client challengeLife Time needed a loyalty program for the participants of its female empowerment initiative: a way to recognize their journey and strengthen their bond with the brand beyond a one-off perk. The project required defining the relationship strategy, the experiences and all the associated communication.
We designed a recognition-driven loyalty strategy, structured around differentiated experiences, communication and gifting. We defined the program's brand image and coordinated every touchpoint to turn the relationship with the participants into a lasting brand asset.
