Life Time

Client challenge

Life Time needed a loyalty program for the participants of its female empowerment initiative: a way to recognize their journey and strengthen their bond with the brand beyond a one-off perk. The project required defining the relationship strategy, the experiences and all the associated communication.

Our intervention

We designed a recognition-driven loyalty strategy, structured around differentiated experiences, communication and gifting. We defined the program's brand image and coordinated every touchpoint to turn the relationship with the participants into a lasting brand asset.

Llantas Run Flat

Client challenge

Llantas Run Flat needed to relaunch its business on a new digital infrastructure: the existing platform couldn't support its growth ambition. The project required rebuilding the entire sales, management and visibility ecosystem — not just redesigning a website.

Our intervention

We rebuilt the ecosystem from the ground up: we developed an e‑commerce platform with a custom CRM and an entirely new architecture, and implemented an SEO strategy, technical optimization and process automation. We applied artificial intelligence to image optimization and to improving operational workflows.

Client challenge

Mitsubishi Motors needed a commanding presence at an event where it shared the floor with the sector's leading brands. The project required conceiving, producing and implementing an integral stand able to represent the brand at the level such a stage demands.

Our intervention

We approached the stand as an integral project: we developed the graphic line, coordinated the teams, managed general production and executed the full implementation — from concept to the last piece assembled — as a brand experience in the space.
